About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our integrated stepped care model in Mackay, Queensland. Our team is committed to delivering client-centred services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals in remote communities.
* The role requires a strong focus on cultural sensitivity and adaptability, as well as excellent communication and connection skills.
* A commitment to a new way of working in the mental health sector is essential.
* First Nations Australians, people with lived experience, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and/or members of the LGBTQI+ community are warmly welcomed as part of our team.
You will be working collaboratively with colleagues across Queensland to provide comprehensive mental health assessment, treatment, and case coordination services.

* Genuine commitment to a new way of working in the mental health sector.
* Ability to work effectively with First Nations Australians, people with lived experience, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and/or members of the LGBTQI+ community.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered Psychologists (Provisional Psychologists welcome).
* Mental Health Accredited Nurse (Mental Health Nurses eligible or working towards ACMHN considered).
* Mental Health Accredited Social Workers.
* Mental Health Occupational Therapists.
