Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations across multiple distribution centres in Queensland.
This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations while delivering exceptional service to customers.
You will oversee multiple sites in Brisbane, managing a small team or direct reports and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Lead and develop a positive safety culture, ensuring zero injuries on site.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including resource allocation, equipment utilisation, and workflow optimisation.
Deliver on cost budgets and monitor operational performance.
Ensure timely and accurate service for all customers, maintaining high service levels.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across sites.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and company policies.
