About The Role
Our Federal Government client is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:
* Organisational Change Manager
* ICT Project Manager
* Training Service Manager
* Lead UX Designer
* Senior Business Analyst
This is a long-term contract opportunity with an initial 12-month engagement and up to two 12-month extensions, based fully onsite in Canberra (ACT).
Key Responsibilities
* Organisational Change Manager
o A minimum of five years' experience delivering organisational change in complex, technology-driven environments
o Demonstrated experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
o Experience supporting large-scale digital or ICT transformation programs
* ICT Project Manager
o Experience delivering projects using methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, or similar
o Strong understanding of project governance, frameworks, and methodologies
o Experience working within large Federal Government or enterprise ICT environments
* Lead UX Designer
o Demonstrated experience developing UX artefacts such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
o Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Sketch, or Adobe XD
o Experience leading UX activities within large government or enterprise environments
* Senior Business Analyst
o Demonstrated application of user-centred design principles, including personas, service blueprints, and journey maps
o Experience applying business analysis practices to complex business problems, including those involving emerging technologies
o A minimum of seven years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent role
* Training Service Manager
o Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technology training for diverse audiences
o Strong technical knowledge of digital tools, systems, and software platforms
o Proven instructional design skills, including development of presentations, guides, and e-learning content
Essential Criteria
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
* Holding Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance.
* Experience applying structured delivery methodologies or frameworks relevant to the role (e.g. project management, business analysis, UX, training, or change management).
* Demonstrated experience working on large-scale ICT or digital transformation programs.
* Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives in complex environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Desirable Criteria
* Prior experience working within Federal Government or highly regulated environments.
* Experience delivering outcomes within multi-stream programs of work.
* Exposure to user-centred design, change adoption, or benefits realisation practices.
* Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members.
* Familiarity with ICT governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks.
