We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and are now seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. 
As a Sous Chef, you will be the right-hand to the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will play a key role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to take the next step in their culinary career. 
Responsibilities 
- Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations. 
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow. 
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation. 
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. 
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control. 
- Contribute to menu creation and innovation. 
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment. 
Requirements 
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. 
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under pressure. 
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus. 
- Passion for cooking and creativity in menu development.
