D365 Senior Supply Chain ConsultantJob Title: Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant (Dynamics 365 F&O)Location: Sydney/OnsiteExperience: 6–8 years (Senior Level)Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant with deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of hands-on experience across the full D365 Supply Chain suite and can hit the ground running in fast-paced project environments.This role requires someone who can quickly review an existing solution landscape, identify gaps or optimisation opportunities, prepare training guides and user documentation, and support all phases of delivery including Pre-UAT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and ongoing continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesRapidly assess current D365 F&O Supply Chain configuration and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.Review existing business processes, customisations, and integrations to ensure alignment with best practices.Provide expert guidance across the full Supply Chain suite, including Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Demand Planning & Forecasting, Master Planning (MRP), and Sales & Distribution where required.Support all phases of the project lifecycle: Pre-UAT (process validation, configuration cleanup, data readiness, documentation), UAT (training support, test script creation, scenario walkthroughs, defect triage), Cutover & Go-Live (readiness checks, cutover execution, last-minute configurations), Post Go-Live Hypercare (issue resolution, user coaching, stabilisation support).
Prepare training guides, SOPs, process maps, and quick reference materials tailored to business processes, deliver hands-on end-user and SME training, and provide post-training follow-up support.Work with business stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities post-go-live, make recommendations on process improvements, configuration changes, or new features, and stay updated with the latest D365 F&O updates and enhancements relevant to Supply Chain.Required Skills & Experience6–8 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Supply Chain Consultant.Strong functional expertise across Procurement, PIM, IM, WMS, Demand Planning, and MRP.Ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal ramp-up time.Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes in medium-large enterprises.Experience supporting UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and ongoing support.Ability to prepare high-quality training material and deliver user training confidently.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Nice-to-HaveExperience with advanced WMS features including wave processing, work templates, and location directives.Exposure to transportation management or production planning.Experience with integrations to 3PL systems or external forecasting tools.Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics.Why Join Us?
