Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and all equipment used by the team. This includes ensuring that all areas in the kitchen are kept tidy with appropriate storage of equipment and chemicals.
Your role will involve having fun and working with a great team, providing excellent support to colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
* Working rights in Australia
* Flexibility to work operational hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Experience as a kitchen hand within a high-volume kitchen
* Ability to multi-task under pressure
* Strong adherence to food standards, operating procedures, WHS, and regulatory guidelines
* Ability to follow reasonable directions
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Physical capacity to carry out the inherent requirements of the role
* Current driver's license
