Xavier College is seeking a professional and dedicated Front Office Administrator to join our Two Wells (R–11) Campus. This permanent, part-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the front office and wider campus community.
This role will commence as soon as possible. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm, over 41 weeks of the school year.
As Front Office Administrator you will:
* Act as the College's first point of contact by maintaining a professional reception area, greeting visitors and responding to enquiries with quality customer service
* Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks, including accurate record keeping and general office support
* Support school leadership by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organising meetings and events, assisting with enrolments and coordinating recruitment administration as required
* Use College systems and databases to manage, update and distribute student and staff information as required
* Administer daily medication and provide timely first aid as the designated First Aid Officer, while maintaining First Aid facilities and records

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach. This role requires excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. Previous experience engaging with a diverse range of people in a warm, professional manner is essential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records whilst following processes.
