About the Role
* Manage key relationships to ensure business satisfaction and retention.
* Educate clients about financial products and benefits.
* Provide quotes for new leases, including the suite of products offered by us.
* Submit finance applications and follow up conditions as required.
* Utilise modern digital tools and platforms to enhance sales and presentations and client interactions.
* Provide consultations to cater for a diverse client base.
* Gather feedback to improve the consultation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365.
* Experience in Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging is desirable.
* Hybrid Sales techniques and strategies are desirable.
* Ability to provide highly personalised service and care.
