**ROLE**
We are looking for a highly motivated marketing superstar to join our growing Marketing Team at WHEREFIT
This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your core marketing skills and gain exposure to various areas of marketing across paid, earned, and owned channels. You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic and ambitious startup environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with planning of the quarterly marketing calendar.
- Schedule social media content and monitor accounts, carrying out community management as needed. Analyse trends and propose creative approaches to enhance social presence and visibility.
- Oversee creative development of campaign and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain inventory of sales and corporate support materials, ensuring these are kept up to date. Coordinate creation of new materials when necessary.
- Work with external suppliers and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour and competitor landscape to inform marketing campaigns.
- Support the team with paid media planning, campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation process (Google and LinkedIn).
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and provide post campaign reports.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Marketing Team as needed.
**DESIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- A positive can-do attitude and a passion for what WHEREFIT is trying to achieve
- At least 1+ year/s of experience in a Marketing role
- Marketing degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong foundational marketing knowledge with willingness to learn and develop skills further
- Creative and tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using design tools like Canva required
- Familiarity with CRM and social media platforms is highly valued
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- An ambitious go-getter who is capable of independently moving projects forward
- Must be adaptable and able to manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities
