About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Rostering Clerk to join our team at Eaglecare Pty Ltd. This part-time role will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules to ensure efficient operations and optimal staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain staff rosters, taking into account employee availability, skills, and workload requirements
* Communicate roster changes and updates to all relevant personnel in a timely manner
* Manage employee leave requests and ensure appropriate coverage is in place
* Monitor and report on staffing levels to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
* Collaborate with department managers to ensure rosters align with business needs
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and responding to employee inquiries
Requirements
* Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role, ideally in the administrative or office support industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and managers
* Proficiency in using scheduling and rostering software, as well as standard office productivity tools
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
* A flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing business needs
