We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team, with flexibility to be
based in either Sydney or Melbourne
. This is a senior-level role for an experienced sales professional with a
strong commercial mindset
and the ability to
partner strategically with sophisticated institutional clients
. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing deep relationships, and leading initiatives to enhance client engagement and strengthen the firm's market presence. Working closely with consultants and leadership, you will represent the firm and design bespoke solutions that align with client objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in sales and business development
within financial services, asset management, or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results and building trusted relationships. Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills are essential, along with a strategic, entrepreneurial approach and tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, or a related discipline.
