We offer a hybrid role based across our facilities with commission from the sales and subscription of the courses you develop. The position focuses on specialised training and education.

About The Role

As the Subject Matter Expert in Behaviour Support, your specialist knowledge combined with leadership, mentorship and education experience will shape the future, raising the bar in clinical education for our team and for the Allied Health industry.

* Develop high‐quality courses for our Professional Development Platform
* Present expert content in F2F workshops
* Be involved in 1‐1 mentorship
* Provide specialist supervision around areas of expertise
* Maintain clinical caseload (24 billable hours per week)
* Engage with industry leaders and contribute to research‐driven practice improvements

About You

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced BSP that is a subject‐matter expert in any of the following areas:

* ASD/Neurodiversity
* Trauma Informed Care
* Paediatrics/ECI
* Mental Health

You Must Meet The Following Criteria

* Proficient BSP registration is a minimum requirement
* Solid practical experience in Behaviour Support
* Ability to work autonomously
* Strong mentorship and coaching skills
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed
