Redpath Partners are delighted to be working alongside one of Australia's largest retail property management agencies who are seeking an Operations Manager for one of the major retail shopping centres on the NSW and ACT border.
Ideally with shopping centre operations experience you will be heavily involved in compliance, managing the soft services, and tenancy coordination throughout the centre.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
Manage and oversee services within the shopping centre including OHS&E;, Risk Management, Building Compliance, and essential services.
Produce annual outgoing budgets and check expenditures against budget.
Reviewing and renegotiating contracts.
Provide a detailed 5-year CAPEX program that validates annual program.
Oversee tenancy fitouts to ensure customers are not inconvenienced.
The Individual:
Ideally operations management experience in shopping centres.
3+ years industry relevant experience.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
Hospital, airport, hospitality, and large-format retail experience also considered.
