We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team as a Payroll Supervisor.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation and company policies.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversight of payroll activities, including processing pay runs, managing employee data, and maintaining accurate records.
 * Supervision and support of direct reports, fostering their development through guidance, training, and feedback.
 * Interpretation of complex awards and enterprise agreements to ensure correct application across all payroll activities.
 * Collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide expert advice on payroll matters.
 * Maintenance of up-to-date records of employee data, leave entitlements, deductions, and other payroll-related information in accordance with privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A strong background in payroll management, preferably with experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
 * Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide solutions.
 * A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
