Head of Product
to shape its rollout and success while developing your career.
Our client is an established FinTech with a strong reputation in equities and is now expanding into FX and cash operations. They are seeking two professionals with a background in financial services or FinTech operations - whether in FX, equities, or payments - who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll bring experience in multi-currency accounts, same-day FX settlements, and international trade operations, while also contributing to process improvement and supporting the growth of the product from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cash activities including payments, receipts, transfers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across multi-currency balances.
* Support FX operations by managing same-day payments and settlements (AUD vs G10), monitoring cut-offs and ensuring smooth international trade settlements.
* Complete daily and monthly reconciliations, prepare cash and FX reports, and contribute to enhancements in reporting tools and dashboards.
* Play a hands-on role in shaping new processes for the FX and Cash product, driving efficiencies and improvements beyond BAU.
* Collaborate with operations, product, tech and equity settlements teams to deliver seamless workflows and excellent client support.
To be considered
* Previous experience in operations within financial services or FinTech.
* Exposure to FX payments and settlements
is preferred.
* Understanding of multi-currency cash management and reconciliations.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.
