We are seeking a full-time Chef to take charge of our daily kitchen operations and provide guidance and support to our team, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
Skills and Experience Required
* Trade qualification in commercial cookery
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Japanese cuisine, with proven skills in sushi, sashimi and broader Japanese menu preparation
* Excellent knife skills, strong organisation, and professional presentation, with the confidence to work in an open kitchen environment
* Strong leadership, training and communication skills to motivate and develop the kitchen team

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
