About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead end-to-end solar installations while supervising a small team across premium residential projects.
Reporting directly to the Management team, responsibilities include:
* Managing solar installations from start to completion
* Leading and supporting a small on-site team
* Installing and commissioning solar and battery systems
* Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
* Coordinating materials, workflow, and site requirements
* Providing high-quality customer service on residential projects
* Maintaining accurate documentation and installation records
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
* Accreditation in Solar And Battery Installation
* Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Ability to manage projects from start to finish
* Excellent communication and customer service capability
