Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver friendly and efficient service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems
* Promptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframes
* Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunities
* Inform customers about new products and services when applicable
