Responsibilities
:
1. Support the delivery of day-to-day human resources operations;
2. Develop, implement and evaluate human resources strategies, policies and initiatives to support organisational goals;
3. Provide expert advice and guidance to client managers on workplace relations/ IR activities. This includes crisis management and policy enforcement strategies;
4. Meet budget, business development and productivity KPI's (via timesheets) to ensure an effective ROI of the role.
5. Handle workplace relations/ IR matters including grievances, performance improvement and disciplinary matters;
6. Design and deliver occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensurepliance with Victorian statutory law obligations;
7. Assist with the deployment of human resource programs and initiatives that build effective leadership capability;
8. Support the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements terms and conditions when required;
9. Assist and provide expert advice to management on end-to-end recruitment and selection and on-boarding processes and procedures;
10. Facilitate HR operational processes including, but not limited to, employee induction, probationary review and performance management reviews, systems and practices.
11. Coordinate end-to-end training activities across the business and maintain accurate training records;
12. Support award classification and payroll due diligence efforts.
13. Conduct ROI analyses for HR initiatives, demonstrating the financial impact of HR programs and provide quarterly updates.
The ideal candidate will have:
14. 5+ years proven experience as a Human Resources professional, HR Generalist or HR Manager preferred;
15. Multinational exposure across an array of organisations and industries;
16. Entrepreneurial mindset and a strength in business development
17. Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent, a master's degree would be advantageous;
18. An understanding of the French culture and language, as well as having a global business mindset will be advantageous.;
19. Strong working knowledge across Australian employment legislation;
20. Experience in providing strategic and operational leadership
21. Highly developed interpersonal andmunication skills;
22. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
