* Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights
* Current RSA (SA)
* Availability for night shifts and weekends
* Strong customer service skills and a team‐first mindset
* Proficient English communication skills
* Must live locally to be considered
* Gaming experience and certificates (preferred)

ABOUT THE JOB
This is a casual role offering 20+ hours per week, primarily across nights and weekends.
You'll be working in a fast‐paced environment where energy, teamwork, and a great attitude are key.
Your role will include:
* Delivering exceptional and professional customer service
* Serving food and beverages across all service periods
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks
* Maintaining consistency in product and service delivery
* Supporting service through clearing, cleaning, and resetting
* Using POS systems efficiently (training provided)
* Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
* Maintaining clean, organised work areas at all times
* Following all policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
* Ensuring compliance with RSA at all times
* Supporting the team with general duties as required
This is a hands‐on role where attitude, energy, and teamwork make all the difference.
