Part of the group, Robert Plumb Fix, is a premium building company specialising in delivering comprehensive high-end renovations and additions in the residential sector. We manage the entire building process in close collaboration with leading architects and interior designers. Our team of experienced Carpenters play a vital role in the successful delivery and completion of each project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out.
With new projects in the pipeline, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Carpenters to join our team.
About the Role
Key to the successful delivery and completion of each project, our team of Carpenters have a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set out.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of works
- General building and carpentry work
- Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades
- Custom interior/exterior fit outs
- Bespoke and detailed joinery
- Organising and managing other trades on-site
- Support/lead Apprentices on-site
- Responsible for workplace health and safety
- Strong advocate for professionalism and Company brand
Skills & experience
- 2+ years high end residential carpentry experience post qualification preferred (applicants in final year of apprenticeship will also be considered)
- Meticulous eye for detail
- High quality workmanship
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
Qualifications/Certificates
- Cert III Carpentry
- Drivers licence (own vehicle)
- White card
- Tools
