From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.**"**Join Us as an Accommodation Youth Support Worker”** *Be the Light in a Young Person’s Darkest Hour* **Accommodation Youth Support Worker** to join our team in Victoria, providing vital evening support to young men and women experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their home.**About The Role**For many young people, the night can be the hardest time — a time of uncertainty, fear, and loneliness. As a Youth Support Worker, you will be a beacon of safety and kindness within our crisis accommodation setting. Your professional and compassionate support will help these young people find stability, dignity, and hope, working alongside our case management team to implement care plans that guide them towards independence.Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this is a **permanent part-time**position, 35 hours per week, based in Shepparton, VIC.
