Key duties and preferred expertise:
* Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, & barbeques
* Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean, sanitised, well-maintained and presentable
* Work efficiently under pressure
* An eye for detail
* Able to follow recipe cards
* Good food knowledge
* Experience working in a large, busy, high volume kitchen
* Positive, friendly attitude
* Good knowledge of health and safety standards
* Great personal appearance and presentation
