Job Title: Commercial Finance Director
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Finance Director. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial strategy.
About the Role
* Lead the finance function and drive business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis
* Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions and drive profitability
* Manage cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure the smooth operation of the business
* Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Implement operational software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* A deep understanding of financial modeling and analysis, with experience in developing and implementing complex financial models
* Proven experience in managing cash flow and optimizing working capital, with a strong focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* A passion for driving business growth and improvement, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions
* Experience in implementing operational software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
* A degree in accounting or a related field, with a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA)
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
