The charming Bupa Rangeville is a modern care home nestled in the quiet suburb of Rangeville, Toowoomba with peaceful views over Garnett Lehmann Park. We offer a dedicated team for each of our four communities, including two communities for people living with dementia. It consists of 108 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. What will you bring?
* Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
* A passion and energy for world class care
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
