A great new opportunity has been created to join this agile growing manufacturing business located centrally in the southern suburbs of Brisbane.
Joining an established team and reporting into an experienced CFO you will initially drive projects supporting the finance team to deliver month end reporting.
With growth and re-structure this role may present future longer term opportunities whilst they navigate through organisational change and take the business to new heights.You will take a lead in managing an accomplished team to deliver accurate month end reports and lead adhoc projects.Consolidate month end reportingAnalyse budget and variance outputsEnsure compliance is maintained and completedOversight of operational reportingReview costing and operational expenditurePrepare board reporting backs with commentaryDrive business reporting improvementsIdeally you will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience leading a finance function in an operationally focused manufacturing business or similar.
A passion for leading others and driving process improvements will be paramount to the success in this role.
