Bartending Crew Member Needed for Concert Event
We are seeking a motivated and experienced bartending crew member to join our team for an upcoming concert event in Sydney.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly, providing excellent customer service with a smile, maintaining a clean, safe, and fun bar environment, and supporting their team members under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve a variety of beverages to customers in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
* Ensure that all drinks are served efficiently and responsibly, meeting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* RSA certification (valid in NSW)
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in the hospitality or events industry
* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
* Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings
