We are seeking a professional and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our Inclusion and Diversity team.
As a Human Resource Manager, you will lead innovative projects that promote equity and inclusion, influencing how the ATO supports its people and delivers services to the community. You'll work collaboratively to drive the continuous improvement of work practices to support the achievement of strategic HR outcomes. You will exercise sound judgment and informed decision-making to deliver on the priorities outlined in the ATO Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and the ATO Reconciliation Action Plan.
You will undertake work that is highly complex and sensitive, operating under broad direction while exercising a significant degree of independence. You'll lead your team in strengthening employee engagement, improve complex problem-solving and enhance organisational performance. You'll contribute to ensuring the ATO reflects the values of fairness and respect, and delivers better outcomes for the Australian public.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Kaurna Country (Adelaide), Yuggera and Turrbal Country (Brisbane), Ngunnawal, Ngunnawal and Ngambri Country (Canberra), Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung Country (Dandenong), Wurundjeri Country (Melbourne), Dharug Country (Parramatta), Dharug Country (Penrith), Whadjuk Country (Perth), Eora Country (Sydney), Bindal and Wulgurukaba Country (Townsville) or Yuggera and Turrbal Country (Upper Mount Gravatt).
