About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CarpetCall – QUEENSLAND. In this full-time position based in one of our southern region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our range of premium carpet and flooring products.
What you'll be doing
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best flooring solutions
* Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding after-sales support
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business
* Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
