Position: Registered Nurse - Narla at Uniting
Employment type: Casual. Location: Belmont North. Shifts: casual AM and PM shifts. Salary: up to $52.66 per hour + super, casual loading & more.

Responsibilities
- Be a clinical leader in the service and develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
- Provide clinical services with sharp assessment skills and take the lead in clinical care.
- Ensure care provided meets residents’ individual goals; liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for quality of life.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
- Practice holistically and use critical decision-making to lead the team.
Qualifications
- Registered nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
- Prior nursing experience in aged or community care preferred; willingness to begin a career in aged care if coming from a broader health sector.
- Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful with strong time management; aligns with Uniting values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
- Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
