Our decor and service are designed to create a fast-paced, high-energy experience from the moment you step inside. You will be working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to bring the vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to life. Our food is designed to be shared, punchy and fresh, with wok-fired dishes that feature fire, crunch and zing along with delicate street food-inspired creations.
We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Chefs at all levels to join our dynamic Tigerfish kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where quality, teamwork, and creativity are valued.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and level, your responsibilities may include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to brand and menu standards
* Supporting daily kitchen operations, including service and preparation
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
* Contributing to menu development and continuous improvement
* Leading, training, and mentoring junior kitchen team members (senior roles)
* Working collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams
About You
We welcome applications from chefs at all stages of their career. Ideally, you will have:
* Relevant chef experience in a commercial kitchen (level dependent)
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* The ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential for all roles)
