Salary: AUD70000 - AUD80000 per annum + Super
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a Sydney-based Geophysics consultancy providing near-surface geophysical surveying services to support engineering investigations across multiple industries. The company has been established for several years, delivering specialist services independently in partnership with leading local engineering organisations.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Based in the company’s Sydney office, the Junior Geophysicist will conduct a variety of geophysical surveys, including Seismic Refraction, MASW, Electromagnetic and GPR, and oversee the processing of geotechnical datasets for a range of marine and land-based projects.
ABOUT YOU
* A degree background in Geophysics
* Experience in conducting Seismic, MASW, Electromagnetic, or GPR Geophysical surveys
* Experience in acquiring and processing complex geophysical datasets
* Familiarity with geophysical data acquisition equipment and processing software
* Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
* Full working rights in Australia without the need for sponsorship
