Store Leadership Opportunity
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous retail management experience, preferably at a big box retailer or with multi-site exposure.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail experiences.
* Exceptional organisational, analytical, and business skills, with the ability to drive results.
* A hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and support team members in achieving their goals.
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and influence to engage team members across various levels.
* Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a high-performing team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that foster brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours.
2. Manage day-to-day store operations, driving initiatives such as events, training, and visual merchandising to ensure the store represents the company's brand and culture.
3. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximise sales and profitably, while identifying and analysing sales trends or issues.
4. Maintain a strong and positive store culture where everyone feels valued, recognised, and empowered to succeed through feedback, coaching, learning, and recognition.
5. Monitor KPIs and contribute to talent development, attraction, and recruitment efforts.
