About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Affiliate Marketing professional to join our rapidly expanding Affiliates team. This role plays a vital part in growing our clients' businesses and increasing traffic and revenue to their Websites.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success & Affiliate Director, this role will require management of our clients Affiliate Marketing Programmes and Affiliate relationships, negotiating and setting up targeted campaigns, as well as identifying and establishing new online and offline partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage activity via the Commission Factory Affiliate Platform as well as other platforms 9Iimpact, Rakuten etc.).
* Negotiate and set up targeted campaigns with affiliate partners and test effectiveness and ROI.
* Set up CPA by many variables such as Customer Type, Product Category, Coupon Usage and more
* Manage the existing CPA tailored tier structure on affiliates to ensure we are achieving a strong ROI, including rewarding those Affiliates who provide more value and exposure by optimising their rates where required to drive higher exposure.
* Build and manage ongoing partnerships with other companies/loyalty programs including credit card companies that provide positive brand association and similar target demographic who we can run NCA offers and lapsed offers with.
* Provide key insights from campaign results and provide actionable ideas on how to build upon these channels.
* Provide Monthly Reporting and insights to our clients an internally as required
* Test and improve offers across content, cashback, loyalty, rewards and other types of affiliates to increase exposure, clicks and conversions.
* Work closely with our Clients to align campaigns across all Partners with the Promotions Calendar and Sale Blocks.
* Ensure all online activities are trackable and have the correct tracking set up.
* Report on activities through the Affiliate Platform and Google Analytics data.
* Research and keep up to date with Client's competitors activities and best practices across affiliate marketing and partnership activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing
* Proven knowledge of Affiliate Marketing including previous experience managing an Affiliate Program, and use of Affiliate/Partner Platforms.
* Strong analytical skills including demonstrated ability to use google analytics, excel and other
* Financial analysis including forecasting and budgeting.
* Demonstrated experience working with digital partners an advantage.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms is desirable but not essential.
