What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities. Keeping Salesforce sharp
* Building relationships with consultants, distributors, and decision-makers.
* Working closely with product and marketing teams to shape the roadmap.
* Managing a small team (2 technicians & 1 Customer Service)
* Delivering training, solving problems, and keeping things moving
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
* A trade background, ideally as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
* Experience with switchgear, low voltage controls, or metering tech.
* A commercial mindset, technical credibility, and a genuine team focus
* Proven experience motivating and leading others
* A driver’s licence and a passport that’s ready when you are
