We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to
provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Fields Aged Care
Home located in Eaton.
Co-located with a retirement village,
Bethanie Fields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to
provide support for people who need 24 hour care, including those
with special care needs and dementia.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care
and case management.
Supervision, direction and leadership of
nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your
role.
We currently have several permanent part time roles available,
with the following shifts available: Week 1: Monday: 3.30pm – 9.30pm, 9.30pm – 7.15am Tuesday: 7am – 3pm Wednesday: 7am – 3pm Friday: 3.30pm – 9.30pm, 3pm – 9.45pm, 9.30pm
– 7.15am Week 2: Monday: 3.30pm – 9.30pm, 9.30pm – 7.15am (x2) Tuesday: 9.30pm – 7.15am Wednesday: 7am – 3pm Thursday: 3pm – 9.45pm Friday: 6.45am – 3.15pm, 7am – 3pm, 3.30pm –

About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Take immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, while providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers Complete assessment and / or admission requirements Maintain an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / or allied health staff Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements Provide mentoring and training to employees where required Working with Bethanie
