About the role
You'll be responsible for managing and controlling incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible updates for field and office personnel. From installation methods to SHEQ bulletins, your work will directly impact the success of our field operations
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage project documentation in line with NBN Co and Ventia standards
Maintain version control and ensure accessibility for stakeholders
Support internal teams and client requirements with documentation accuracy
Develop and implement document control processes and training
What we're looking for
Proven experience in document control
Highly regarded if you have experience with NBN or any telecommunications network
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
