**About the role**
- Proactively supporting and delivering marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions
- Be a active team member and contribute to marketing and creative initiatives that help ignite project brand awareness and increase sales velocity
- Liaise, formulate briefs and hold accountable external agencies and suppliers
- Be able to plan, formulate, present new ideas and organise events that engage new and existing target audiences
**Core skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- Property and Construction industry experience desirable but not an essential requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and projects
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Passion for the industry is an absolute must in this role
