**About Them**:
This highly established property surveyor who have been operation for over 20 years on a National scale are now looking for a superstar National Administration Manager due growth. This role is for someone who is skilled across administration, WHS, HR, finance and Operations. This practice displays such longevity amongst its employees and always making sure they are 100% satisfied in their roles.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the CEO & General Manager this role isn't for the faint hearted, you will always be on your toes however with huge support across the business as you will always be in control. With 5 direct reports you day to day will look like:
- Demonstrate energy, effort, and enthusiasm for leading the administration team, encouraging, and supporting a positive culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and industry best practice.
- Ensure that Business strategy and KPIs are communicated and understood by the Administration team and the significance of their contributions in achieving favourable outcomes.
- Ensure the systems and internal procedures of administration operations are working to their optimum.
- Working with the wider business on innovation projects. Your role is to identify, create, and exploit opportunities to innovate, create efficiencies and be a positive advocate and driver of change.
- Responsible for National Debt Management, debt procedure guidance, and support for tenant legal matters.
- Maintain a strong data governance framework for all Lease and Tenant information.
- Responsible for management and communication of Administration Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure corporate and regulatory compliance is adhered to.
- Support the leadership team with reporting including Portfolio Debt and maintain regular communication with business on current performance against KPIs
- Maintain a practice of continuous team development commencing with a comprehensive onboarding and training program and ongoing support for team members.
- Develop strong collaborative working relationship with the Administration network across the business focusing on the best outcomes for the business.
- Maintain professionalism in resolving conflicts and utilise influencing skills to achieve the best outcomes for the business.
