Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Directing project execution plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with senior management.
* Financial & Contractual Management: Managing project budgets, approving expenditures, negotiating contracts, and handling variation orders.
* Stakeholder & Client Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
* Risk & Quality Management: Implementing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and overseeing quality control.
* Team Management: Leading and mentoring project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 20‐25 years of extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects for high‐rise buildings 50‐60 stories.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; a PMP certification is preferred.
* Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of local Dubai municipality regulations.
