Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a senior sous chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to train and develop the kitchen team.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
