* Remuneration: $111,341 to $120,557 pa (HEW6) inclusive of $94,084 to $101,872 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading
* Term: Ongoing, full-time basis
* Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Role Overview
The Senior Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer plays a critical role in facilitating high‐quality real‐world learning experiences by coordinating industry placements and project‐based opportunities across the Faculty of Engineering. The role works closely with external companies, government agencies and industry partners to identify, source and negotiate meaningful WIL opportunities that align with student learning outcomes and QUT's strong industry engagement ethos. This includes maintaining effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders and leading activities that enhance the visibility and accessibility of WIL for students.
What You Need To Succeed
* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in conjunction with subsequent relevant experience.
* Demonstrated well‐developed organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise work, interpret and apply rules and policy, and to complete tasks within conflicting deadlines.
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including academic and administrative staff, and representatives of external organisations.
* Well‐developed digital literacy skills, including an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, InPlace and QUT student and learning management systems.
* Demonstrated client service ethos and administrative skills, including attention to detail and producing accurate, clear and concise reports and information in a high volume workplace.
* Demonstrated ability to retrieve and compile data and contribute to sound recommendations and advice based on this information.
