Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver trades related work throughout the Health Precinct across Mechanical Maintenance Services, Building Services, Electrical Services, Grounds & Gardens and Asset and Lifecycle Maintenance.
* Monitor and report service delivery performance including Zero Harm, quality, commercial, financial, people and customer satisfaction outcomes.
* Analyse service delivery performance through benchmarking and assessment of various outcomes; improve processes and provide robust performance feedback to Operations and Functional teams.
* Prioritise work plans and monitor activities.
Requirements:
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and/or Mechanical Maintenance management or equivalent.
* Hold significant experience in a similar role in the building/services industry at a managerial level.
* Have knowledge of maintenance processes and systems and their application in a health and education environment.
* Demonstrate analytical and project experience within a collaborative working environment, monitoring required outcomes against a performance-based contract using agreed key performance indicators.
* Experience in developing and managing service (subcontract) contracts is essential.
