About the role:
We're seeking a District Wool Manager to join our Southern Tablelands team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a District Wool Manager, you'll use your expertise to help clients achieve their sales and earnings targets. You'll guide and develop Branch staff to increase their knowledge of wool, identifying opportunities and developing strategies for the end-to-end wool sales process.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
* Manage the client interface and develop strategies for the wool sales process
* Identify and qualify new wool sales opportunities for existing and prospective clients
* Ensure compliance with client allocation processes and credit terms
* Assist Area Management with setting wool sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
* Attend ram sales and advise clients on purchases to maximise clip return

* Proven experience building strong client relationships
* Expert knowledge of clip preparation and presentation
* A solid understanding of ram and sheep selection
* Strong risk management practices
