About The Role

The Horizon Practice Lead for Corporate Sales enhances CrowdStrike’s ability to grow, position, sell, and maintain security business across APJ. You will work with CrowdStrike regional corporate sales, sales engineering, marketing, product development, and services to execute Horizon sales playbooks. You will directly engage with customers to demonstrate how Horizon solutions address their challenges and provide guidance to maximise value from the Falcon platform.

What You’ll Do

- Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving the CrowdStrike platform-based proposition with a focus on the Horizon solution set
- Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional corporate sales directors to ensure alignment and engagement across the Horizon portfolio
- Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams across APJ, orchestrating resources to maximise market impact
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and architect value-driven solutions that integrate into their strategic roadmaps
- Work within a matrixed environment, providing direction to product line leaders within APJ
- Forge strong partnerships with core sellers, equipping them to position Horizon technologies and collaborating to close significant opportunities
- Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning Horizon products
- Channel customer feedback to Product Management to influence feature development and roadmap priorities
- Stay informed about CrowdStrike’s vision, product roadmaps, and the threat landscape
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 5 years\' experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent in hyper-growth SaaS-based platform companies
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments
- Operational excellence in driving sales pipeline and orchestrating engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams
- Experience communicating with and advising C-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers
- Demonstrated success selling security or complex SaaS at the C-suite and senior management levels
- Exceptional presentation skills for virtual and in-person delivery to large audiences
- High energy, charismatic personality with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology strongly preferred
