Our client is looking for a Change Trainer to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs that drive organisational success.
What you'll do:
* Develop and deliver training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials.
* Host instructor-led and virtual sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
* Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups.
* Track learner progress and optimise future training initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Proven experience creating diverse training content for varied audiences.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups.
* Proficiency with training tools and platforms.
* Security clearance required: minimum NV2 (TSPV preferred).
