About The Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function.
What You'll Do
* Supporting dual roles between Front of House and Workplace Experience.
* Meet and greet all visitors, building inducted staff and external guests.
* Encourage all visitors and external guests to complete visitor sign in upon arrival.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the building.
* General reception duties including mail receipt and distribution.
* Manage facilities and maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including consumables ordering.
* Support and construct all broadcast communications that are distributed to the business, that support building and/or workplace initiatives and works.
* Support reactive maintenance requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
* Manage meeting room bookings and VIP tour preparation.
* Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
* Support with HSE standards, practices and tools within the account, in alignment with MSA.
* Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
* Support with critical alarm management.
* Support with vendor compliance in the workplace and ensuring no unsafe practices are taking place.
* Supporting vendor onboarding including building inductions and site‐specific requirements.
* Responsible for ensuring all record keeping is undertaken for reactive and preventative works.
* Where appropriate, streamline and document processes.
What You'll Need
* Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
* Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to learn new systems.
* Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
* A "Can do" attitude and work well within a team environment.
