Job Description
* Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Prepare and present accurate financial statements to support decision-making processes.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against set targets.
* Lead and mentor a small team within the Finance department.
* Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
* Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA (or equivalent).
* Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Great problem solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems, either SAP or Oracle.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
