Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against set targets.
- Lead and mentor a small team within the Finance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA (or equivalent).
- Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, either SAP or Oracle.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
