This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing daily office functions, managing supplies and equipment, implementing efficient systems and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proactive approach will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
You'll be central to everything that happens in the business, supporting our director, trades team, and clients alike. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
* Overseeing daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment
* Implementing and optimizing systems and procedures for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
* Supervising general administrative functions, including processing invoices and payroll
* Preparing and reviewing monthly reports and financial summaries
