We're on the lookout for a Content & Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our nimbl crew. Someone who's creatively curious, super organised, and loves getting involved in everything from ad copy to social content to client reporting. What You'll Be Doing
Split across nimbl's own marketing and client campaigns, you'll be a hybrid creative and performance assistant who loves doing, making, supporting and improving.
Your Day-to-day Might Look Like
* Creating content assets (static and video) in Canva and other tools
* Shooting and editing photos and videos for nimbl and clients (iPhone and camera)
* Assisting with paid ad builds, campaign setup and copywriting (especially on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest)
* Advising clients on content direction and creative strategy for paid ads
* Structuring and building email marketing flows (Klaviyo experience a bonus)
* Supporting campaign reporting and admin tasks to free up strategist time
* Managing nimbl's own content calendar and organic socials
* Creating branded assets for social, EDMs, and the website
* Building and scheduling internal email campaigns and helping with lead nurturing
* Helping pull together pitch decks, presentations, and case studies
Who We're Looking For
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing coordinator, content or digital role (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience planning, shooting and creating content for social media
* Comfortable editing in TikTok, CapCut and Canva, and optimising content for Instagram
* On top of social trends and platform updates — a true digital native
* Solid writing skills for social, email, and ads
* Comfortable using Canva (or similar tools) to create on-brand visuals
* Some exposure to paid media and email platforms (Klaviyo or Meta Ads Manager)
* Interest in performance marketing, content strategy and how creative + data come together
* Proactive, organised, and ready to learn – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do
* Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content, sharing ideas, and getting sh*t done
